Michal Rybovič

CEO and General Manager
Michal Rybovič graduated from the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University and Technical University in Zvolen in the field of business management. He started his career at J&T Corporate Finance, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Since 2014 he is acting as investment manager of the investment fund Capital Sandberg. Michal was involved in dozens of acquisitions and subsequently acted in several management positions. His main focus is primarily the area of IT, telecommunications and media. In September 2016 he was appointed to the position of CEO and General Manager.

Ivan Leščák

Regulation and Interconnection Specialist
A graduate of Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies of Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, Ivan Leščák started his career in SWH, a software house owned by Siemens in Bratislava, where he held the position of Manager, TCP/IP Networks. In 1995 he was a co-founder of EUnet Slovakia, the first provider of Internet services in Slovakia. He was the company’s Executive and Technical Manager until its merge with EuroWeb Slovakia in 2000, after which he became Technical and Development Manager. In 2002 he joined GTS Slovakia as Manager for Products and Strategies. In his present position, Ivan Leščák deals with the issues of telecommunication markets regulation, relations between operators, analysing market conditions, formulating strategic targets and developing the company’s strategic portfolio.

Lukáš Koller

Sales Director
Before joining GTS Slovakia in 2001, Lukáš worked as a broker for a Dutch securities brokerage company in Slovakia and abroad in the period from 1999 to 2001. At GTS Slovakia he started in the position of a Key Account Manager when the company started selling the services to corporate customers. Since 2009 he was the leader of the Corporate Sales Department, and since 2013 he also led the Direct Sales Department. In February 2015 he became Sales Director of BENESTRA.

Augustín Revák

Technical Director
Augustín began working in the TelCo sector at eTel Slovensko during his university studies. After completing his studies at the Technical University in Košice, specialisation: electronics and telecommunications systems, he joined GTS Slovakia as project manager in 2003.
Since 2006 he has been leading the Project Department, which deals with the design and implementation of customer connections and the consolidation of networks in individual acquired companies. Since 2009 the Project Department has also been responsible for communication with suppliers, design of the backbone and customer solutions. In February 2015 he became Technical Director of BENESTRA.

Michal Kemenik

Director of IT/IS
He graduated from the Faculty of Business Informatics of the University of Economics in Bratislava specializing on IT in 2002. His involvement in the TelCo sector started in the eTel Slovakia Company with the establishment of the Customer Service Department and his leading of the section ensuring aDSL and Carrier Selection service provision. Later, as the Customer Service Director, he took over further responsibilities connected with the proposal, implementation and operation of CRM and the invoicing system. In Dial Telecom, he has participated in the preparation and management of incorporating the acquired eTel Slovakia Company since 2008 and since 2009, holding the position of the Chief Operations Officer, he has ensured the fulfilment of tasks of the technical department and the customer hotline from 2009. After the acquisition of Dial Telecom by the GTS Slovakia Company in 2010, he has been applying his experience as the IS/IT Director.

Róbert Plonka

Customer Service Director
Mr. Plonka graduated in 2012 from the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava. He started his career in 2000 as a call center and technical support representative in Nextra s.r.o. In 2002, he participated in the implementation and management project of international call centers centralization to Bratislava, where Nextra had started providing customers with multilingual first line technical support. From 2006 to 2013, he worked in the position of Customer Service Manager. During this time, he participated in the international project of CRM system implementation and he has established department of Retention and Claims within the CS division. In 2013 he was appointed to position of Customer Service Director, where his responsibility has been extended by leading the network operation center and backoffice department.

Jan Matiaska

Product & Marketing Manager
Jan got his master degree from the City University of Seattle. He began his telco career working for Telenor Internet and actively participated in the company’s development under the subsequent brand names of Nextra, later GTS Nextra, GTS Slovakia till its current form – the organization BENESTRA. He started off at Customer Care where he had led the project of building and operating international call center for the Central European region. In 2003 he became a product manager and was responsible for development and implementation of modern telecommunication services. Since April 2015 Jan is heading the product and marketing department and tries to capitalize his 16 years of experience in creating and marketing products and services.

Patrícia Walsheová

Human Resouces Manager
Graduated at the Economic University in Bratislava and has been working in the Human Resouces management for 10 years. Patricia has been working as a Human Resources Manager of BENESTRA since November 2015 and is responsible for preparation and implementation of Senior Management´s strategic decisions in the areas of compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, training and develoment, smooth running of all HR support processes and company´s reception. Before, she worked in an IT company S&T Slovakia as a Human Resources Manager after 4-year work in the CSOB Financial Group in the positions Manager of HR Business Partners / Senior HR Business Partner of the Human Resources department.

Miriam Toennesen

Finance Director
A graduate of Faculty of Economics at Economy University in Bratislava, specialization Finance, Banking and Investment. Miriam has started her career back in 1994 by holding various positions within accounting and controlling departments of Slovak and multinational companies acting in areas of business, production and providing services. Miriam has gained extensive skills in hotel management while working as Group Financial Controller for company Rezidor Hotel Group in Slovakia and also abroad. Upon her return back to Slovakia in 2010 she worked for Philip Morris Slovakia on position of Manager Financial Accounting and Tax. In April 2015 Miriam has joined BENESTRA as Chief Accountant responsible for accounting and tax and since November 2016 Miriam holds position of Finance Director.
