What is the electronic invoice?

Thanks to receiving invoices for BENESTRA services to your e-mail address in an electronic form you are gaining an option to archive your invoices without extra effort. Now you can print out your invoice whenever you like. To be able to immediately view your invoices including the information whether they have been paid for or not, please visit our BENESTRA Customer portal.

You will receive electronic invoices via e-mail as a PDF file. It contains a digital signature of which validity is verified using a certificate that can be downloaded and simply installed. If you are not able to open the PDF file, make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, at least version 9.0., installed on your PC. Unfortunately the version 8.0 does not support electronic signature. To correctly view your invoice, you need the security certificate which you can download below to be installed in the Adobe Acrobat Reader program.

An electronic invoice entitles you to pay for the invoiced services. You can also pay for the services using our Customer portal through the internet banking of Tatra Bank.

An electronic invoice is considered a complete tax document for tax purposes and is signed by electronic signature in accordance with the laws and legal system of the Slovak Republic. If necessary, such invoice can be claimed in a common way.

In order to receive electronic invoices or setup the recipient addresses please write a message to fakturacia@benestra.sk

You will receive your first electronic invoice in your mailbox in the following billing period. You will not receive a paper invoice anymore.

You can access your electronic invoices whenever and wherever you have access to your mail box.
